Needed to be able to make the waist very small. Able to pull it tight and button the last button on the elastic strip in the waistband. Obviously too big but at least they don't fall down. One of the clasps above the zipper fell off. All others good.

Great, great pants!

These pants are a beautiful shade of navy blue, made of what looks and feels to be of a durable material, feel wonderful, and fit true to size. However, of the 3 pair, I was only able to adjust the waist of 1 pair with the elastic waist adjuster (my 6-year-old is small). Luckily, I happened to pick out the good pair first, and was able to adjust the waist by 9 holes on each side for proper fit. The other 2 pair were stationary, probably because they had been tacked down incorrectly. Other than my having to exchange the 2 pair, I highly recommend these pants, not only for school, but also for church, dress, and beyond.
