I liked the luggage set very much. I was glad I chose this set. But after I opened the box I saw the largest case was damaged on one of the corners. The box was damaged as well on the corner. There were dents on one corner with a small slit in the case. Is there a way to exchange largest case since damaged?

It was very easy to handle. I ended up using the extended part, which came in handy because I did not have to pay for an extra bag. The thing I did not like was the way my suitcase got scuffed up. I had to wipe all the scuff marks off after I pick up my suitcase from baggage claim.

I love this set, it would have gotten a 5 star review if the biggest suitcase didn't have a huge gash in the front of it. It apparently got damaged in shipping but other than that it is a very nice set
