ProsourceFit Single Stackable Resistance Bands with Door Anchor and Exercise Guide, 5-50 lb

The ProSource Tube Resistance Bands Set with Attached Handles is a fantastic at home work out. I recently joined a gym in July. I can not always get there so these band definitely help with doing some at home workouts. Firstly, please note when you receive the bands they smell horrible. They have an overpowering rubber smell. I left mine outside for a day to air out and still, they smelled. So I left them in my garage for a week to air out further before bringing them in to use. Obviously, any rubber will always have that strong odor. Once they aired out I brought them in and tried them out. There are 5 bands giving varying resistances. Thinner giving the least and thicker giving the greatest. Upon using them you might be confused like I was about what you could do with them besides the 1 exercises that I could only think of that came to mind. However, the included booklet with actual diagrams gives so many different ways to use them. It even tells you Myths and Facts about useful information from calories to metabolism. It gives useful tips on exercising. I can really feel the burn in my arms when I am done with my workout. I am very delighted and can't wait to try all the exercises. I am a 38-year-old female and will be buying a set for my Mother in her 60's who can't go to the gym due to medical reasons. I believe she will love these bands too.

With my bad knees and carpal tunnel, I have been directed to do more strength training. These bands are perfect. There are a variety of exercises that can be completed in the home. They came in a ProSource bag and there are a variety I'd colors with each depicting a different weight. Perfect for a workout while watching TV.
