This cleaner really works very well. I moved into a new to me house where the previous tenants owned a dog. They did not clean anything before vacating. The water was dark gray and this machine pulled out an amazing amount of dog hair that wasn’t visible to my naked eye. I did purchase a different cleansing solution because I am very very very sensitive to scents. The rugs were barely wet and took only a few hours to dry.

As you can see in my photos my the carpet in my old house had not been cleaned in decades nobody lived in the house after my sister passed in 2018 is had dogs,cats and the carpet was in very bad shape i thought about renting a rug doctor but watched some test with different carpet cleaners on U tube and the shark carpet xpert out performed the rug doctor i have a shark vacuum so i knew the quality was there the only draw back is the small tanks they have to be refilled and emptied a lot but other than that i couldn't find anything wrong with it %26 man does it work
