Amazing - does the job!!!

This cleaner really works very well. I moved into a new to me house where the previous tenants owned a dog. They did not clean anything before vacating. The water was dark gray and this machine pulled out an amazing amount of dog hair that wasn’t visible to my naked eye. I did purchase a different cleansing solution because I am very very very sensitive to scents. The rugs were barely wet and took only a few hours to dry.

Great if you have pets

A friend of mine actually has the vacuum version of the shark and I love it so I knew that the carpet cleaner was gonna be just as great and I was right. We have cats and sometimes they have accidents and we got tired of using enzymatic cleaners that have overpowering scents that linger so we decided to get this to help with really eliminating the odor and sure enough this machine did the job. I love the hand tool especially because it lets me really focus on the stains more where I find them or if I need to a spot clean. I highly recommend it if you have pets, you will not be disappointed.
