Sound is great, and the battery life is great. Especially for the size and lightweight feel. If I had one thing to complain about, it's that the systems "voice" when connecting is super loud. You can't turn it down or change that feature. Other than that, it's a great purchase!

I never saw a childs eyes light up so fast as the day this gift was opened. I barely know the recepient, but she sure was happy. I tested it before giving it to her and I was really impressed for it being so inexpensive. It's about the same price as a standard bluetooth speaker of its size would cost, but this one pairs with another one making it stereo. Super loud, comes with a remote. It can be tricked out so youngins cant blast it. The mics I can't give great remarks about. I think they must be pointing directly at it to get the best effect. Can be used with a guitar or other instruments, and it might be capable of hooking up to the input of a stereo system, which would turn it into an instant bluetooth device. Extremely valuable if it does that. Wish I had the stereo at the time to find out cuz I would have bought 2 of them. 30 watts, $35. You can't get that deal nowhere. Plus it flashes all the rainbow colors. Kids love that. Great deal if she gets a year or more of use and it influences her music interest.
