Ordered they shipped what was supposed to be medium and large based on reviews size one size up….received order…was sent larger xtra large….charged shipping which was fine, HOWEVER received wrong size….contacted company was denied refund of shipping on wrong size….message back to request size order be sent to me company REFUSED stating coat ran tight they thought xtra large better fit for me without knowing anything about me. Message was garbled English. I weigh 102 lbs they don't know that and refused to credit shipping on wrong item. Walmart did nothing after being told customer service rep was going to talk to management do NOT order from this company as they are making their $ off of shipping Walmart did nothing after being contacted of shady order
