Potential Safety Hazard – Seller Unresponsive

This ice maker malfunctioned during regular use, producing loud grinding noises and a strong burning smell. I discontinued use immediately out of concern for fire or injury. Attempts to contact the seller went unanswered, which is especially troubling given the nature of the issue. Buyers should be cautious. I would not recommend this product, brand or seller. I wish Walmart allowed video uploads so that consumers could hear the issues first hand.

water line has several holes

we bought this Oct 2025, it is not used daily, only when we camp. Today we plug it in and it starts spraying water out if the fan area.. open it up to find that the hose has several holes in it. this would explain why we had issues with it priming water. The water line with holes is not where you can get to it with out taking the case off.

Do not buy this brand. Customer support is awful.

This was a great machine for all of 6 months. After that is entered a self cleaning mode and would do nothing else. None of the trouble shooting worked, and neither Walmart nor the manufacturer has responded to repeated requests to make it right again. I would give it ZERO stars, especially for the complete lack of customer service and support.
