NoSalt Original Sodium-Free Salt Alternative, 11.0 oz Bottle

I don't use this on food. I use it to increase my potassium intake so I don't get leg cramps. For some reason, potassium supplements are limited by law to only 2% of your daily requirement. So you would need to take 50 of them to get a day's supply. On the other hand, a gelatin capsule of this stuff gives you 15% of your daily requirement at a fraction of the cost. I fill capsules myself, and take one in the morning and one at night, and a third on occasion if my legs get twitchy. It also seems to help with my heart rhythm. I don't know why more people don't know about this. Low potassium is common.

This container was way bigger than expected! Well worth the money. Im fine eating low sodium, but I have a problem with low potassium. This is a great way to up my daily potassium. I eat use 1/8 tsp if my potassium is low. I dont find an issue with the taste. Does it taste like salt? No, but it's pretty close. It's a decent seasoning for very bland veggies.
