My gosh these are great you just pop them in microwave and they are done you'd have to do anything more every now and you get a craving for brussel sprouts or other vegetables this is the best brand it might be a little more costly than other brands but there's no comparison and taste at least for me

These taste great micowave and baked!

I love these! BUT... I am highly allergic to black pepper and can't eat it as often. I love how simple to just pop in the micorwave, add a little salt and butter and serve. I also have roasted these in the oven and wow they taste great. Just spray pan light;y with veggie spray, place and spread evenly, bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. when baked I place in a bowl with butter and toss lightly to coat.
