Purchased this as a gift to fit on a porch bench. It is absolutely perfect with the size, thickness, and stability. It doesn't have high sinking in to throw out your back nor does it give when two people are sitting together. Not sure how long it will last but as far as new and doing what I was hoping for it gets 5 star
