CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!

The 1st smoker i've ever owned. (since 2019) Was a gift for fathers day. i have smoked everything from Brisket to Butts and Turkeys and Mac & cheese and so much more. To those that have never used an offset the biggest advise i can give you is PATIENCE lots and lots of PATIENCE AND PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE. There is a learning curve to cooking this way. But its worth the time. Highly recommend to novice and expert alike. If I have any complaint at all it would be the paint. Needs to be more heat resistant. She's a little rusty now in places not sure how to fix that, but no holes and still cookin. FANTASTIC PRODUCT!!! In fact im looking at a grill to accompany this smoker.

Grill grate from burgers to jalapeño poppers

12+ years and still smoking, love this pit and use it 2 or 3 times a week. Brisket, ribs, shoulders, chicken it doesn't disappoint.
