Excellent!

I have symptoms of iron deficiency, and the doctor recommended that I take this supplement. This iron is gentle on my stomach. The smell and taste are quite metalic, and I try to avoid touching it so the smell doesn't stay on my hands. I put it in bottle cap and then immediately transferred it to my mouth. I try to drink it immediately. I noticed that I feel better.

Excellent!

This is really good. I'm low on iron because of thyroid issues. My ferritin went from 39,8 ng/mL to 66 ng/mL in 3 and a half months taking 2 pills/day. This is good for me. If you don't have thyroid issues but are just low on iron, it might raise your levels even faster. I'm super pleased with this product, big quantity, small price and extra quality. It's the best I think, and it doesn't upset your stomach as I heard other iron supplements (most) do.
