This pad worked satisfactorily the first time. It took longer to unbox it than set it up! It was very well packed. I had to get used to it because I normally walk on the street with long strides. The pad is not long like a regular treadmill. It is wide enough for my 230 lb husband to walk easily on it. I received a separate email from the Seller that said if I get an error 7 code, to be sure the safety line clip is in place before turning the pad on. That wasn't in the written instructions, so I'm glad the Seller proactively emailed before I received the pad.

Great walking pad! Its longer than most so you won't be afraid of walking off the back of it. So easy to get started. Simply pull up the handlebar, tighten the handle screws, plug it in %26 start walking. It's also easy to move around since it only weighs about 47 lbs out of the box.
