Truly replaces the dreaded cone for surgery recovery. We let the site open to air all day by folding the back portion up so she could bathroom, etc. At night we rolled the back down to secure the site. She actually loves this and feel comfy in it. Washable, easy to work with and cute. Almost 100% cotton. Two weeks in to her recovery and she never goes at the site!!! Don't make your pup suffer the cone. This works! Site is clean and dry too.

This recovery suit is a MUST for post surgery protection and it gave our fur baby the opportunity to have a much better experience with his surgery. Our golden retriever was recently neutered and the “cone of shame” was not allowing him to sleep comfortably, eat or drink without assistance, and was likely slowing his healing process. We found this suit and it was exactly what he needed! The design provides complete protection of the surgical site and a simple process to remove the Velcro strap and expose the hindquarters to allow you to take your dog out to relieve themselves without soiling the suit. Once they are done, you simply remove the strap from the Velcro flap that secures it and put the suit back on without causing pain or injury. You can easily check the site to make sure it's healing. I definitely recommend this product. You might want to get two so you can have one for your pup to wear while you launder the other.
