Delivery service from FedEx sucks

Towels are good quality, My Issue is with the delivery service. FEDEX left my packages (3) at the end of my long drive way on the ground by my mailbox, I t was almost 9 pm, If it wasn't for my husband standing in the door and noticed a truck at the end of the drive way, we would never have known that our packages was being put out at the mailbox. This makes me just wanting to decline or cancel anything that I order because I am afraid of this happening again. I called FED to complain but I haven't been able to talk with a life person as of this date. I give FED 1/2 star. Walmart customer service was very helpful, I give the lady 5 stars.
