Great for straight hair too!
I don't normally leave reviews, but this stuff is awesome so I had to write one. My hair type is thin/straight, that gets oily very fast, and I shed a lot. This shampoo, though designed for curly hair types, has been perfect for my hair. It leaves the perfect amount of moisture to where I don't need to use a conditioner at all. My hair does produce the same amount of oil, but it's a different kind of oily feel. It's hard to describe, but with this shampoo when I go a couple days between washes, it doesn't look or feel as nasty as it used to when I would use standard shampoo. Maybe sulfates affect my hair/oil production adversely. This shampoo does not lather well, so you have to use quite a bit, but one bottle has still lasted me for about two months. It also does not have a strong scent, so it doesn't leave a scent in your hair after it dries, which is a little disappointing to me. Still an awesome product, definitely recommend!

Good Natural Hydrating System!
I have to speak on all three of the products by Suave Professionals for Natural Hair! I ran across this product looking for a good natural hydrating system for people of color. I have tried several different products. But, none like this one. Much to my surprise this did the trick. My gray is coming in quite nicely but it is a bit unruly. I purchase the whole regime shampoo, conditioner and leave in conditioner. The moment I started washing my hair I could tell the difference. The shampoo was like a cleansing condition for my hair! It cleaned my hair and conditioned it at the same time. When I rinsed out the shampoo I noticed that my hair didn't draw up, feel lifeless or striped of it natural oils! I applied the conditioner. I was able to come through my hair without tearing it out or breaking a big teeth comb! I couldn't believe it! I comb through my entire head and my neck wasn't sore from pulling or trying to detangle like the other products I have tried. After washing that out my hair was actually soft and hydrated! I added the conditioner and that put the icing on the cake! I got what I was looking for: Clean Hydrated Head of Hair, A Leave in Conditioner that wasn't slimy and a nice scent to boot!
