POOR QUALITY OF DRILLING OPERATION, UNUSABLE

Poor quality of finish work! The pin hole was drilled so crooked that a pin could not be inserted once it was installed in the receiver. The holes are also not chamfered and do not have a finished appearance. Not at all the quality of an older similar one I purchased several years ago. Despite repeated attempts to reach out of the manufacturer I had zero luck getting anyone to answer on the contact me form, answer the phone or return a message at tech/warranty support. I was shocked that this customer service was that nonexistent at a main stream hitch company. The 1/2 copper tube shown the photos is a snug fit in the hole and clearly shows how crooked the hole was drilled.
