This is a very great rod %26 reel combo

So I wanted a Penn rod %26 reel combo for the longest time, this one finally happened to go on sale so I bought it. I can put a 2 ounce pyramid weight along with 3 to 4 ounces worth of bait sometimes 2 ounces worth debate and I can still launch it a good 4050 yards with about 40 yards of braided line now I'm left-handed. I throw right handed so of course I can't cast as far as lotta other people can. That's just how I fish but this real is very smooth. I love it. It's very good. I wish when there is 50% off I've bought two but unfortunately, I can only buy one but next time Penn has a sale. I'm gonna buy two and I'm using voice to text so if everything's not texting right that's the reason why I apologize.

First looked at other web sites to read the reviews. Most say that this is basic pro level. I switched to using braided line for fishing on a river. Casting is so much easier. Braided line means no more tangles and if it does, it untangles easily. More time doing what you want. Much less time futzing with sub par equipment. It is like a dream come true, smooth casting, no resistance retrieving, clearly feel the action on the line, almost no lure loss, and smooth mechanical performance. The nine foot pole is great to get a lure unstuck on a rock. It makes my old fishing setup a joke. The real questing is does it help catch more. With the option of rapid retrieval, smooth drag control, moderate stiff carbon fiber, better controlled casting and serious fun - yes it does. I haven't been skunked since I got this.

It's a great reel and rod combo. Just use the line pound rating as recommended. It'll cast fine. It is a one piece rod. I usually don't mind a two-piece rod in the lighter weights for convenience reasons. It does not come with a guarantee to catch fish
