Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Excellent produce-fresh and clean-already halved and ready to cook. I love to rub them in olive oil and season with salt and pepper- and put oil sprayed parchment paper on a sheet pan- and add shredded parmesan -put the seasoned cut brussel sprouts on the parmesan -cut side down. roast in 350 degree over for about 35 -45 minutes until browned -they are always a big hit and a great side dish to any dinner.

Starting to brown %26 not convenient

These brussel sprouts are advertised as prepped (cut in halves) and ready to cook. Several of the pieces are brown and starting to go bad. Now I’ll have to spend extra time picking and sorting through the brussel sprouts to address the bad pieces followed by discarding or cutting off the bad before I can cook it.

This is a "hit and miss" item in that there are times when the brussel sprout halves are nicely cut and seem fresh. Then, the next time, I will receive a bag that is not cut well, and the cut side looks old and dry.
