There was another Item in the same order number that was the wrong size. They told me I was sent a refund but it never arrived in my bank account. That part was 7 pair of 3xl sized underwear. They sent 2xl instead. I was emailed that I was sent a refund but it never came to be deposited in my account. Where is it?
