It's still slides on a cold smooth laminate floor. I can't find a carpet that doesn't so I didn't mark it down because of that. I love the carpet it looks great. Somebody told me to mop under it and stick it to the floor and wait till it dries so I'm gonna give that a try. I do not want to fall. I'm 70 years old and if I step on a carpet and it slips and I go down and I'm going to be in trouble. But it looks great, it's really nice and cushy so you don't get leg fatigue while you stand there doing dishes or working with the sink for some reason

Both of these together were the perfect setup for my kitchen. These type mats don't curl and don't trip but stay put. I wish there had been “a less busy print” option for my taste because I'm really not country. But it worked fine and it was what I needed.
