Best affordable cutter out there

I haven't had a paper cutter in my home office in over 25 years and this one is AWESOME. It's affordable, lightweight, and gets the job done! It's very sharp; keep fingers out of the way and keep the handle lowered when pausing (firsthand knowledge 😆). It's easy to use and, once I got used to the guides/measures we breezed through VBS prep in no time. My only suggestion (for us older, vision impaired folks) is to make the guides and numbers WHITE or another color…they'd be easier to see against the black background. But, I'd buy it again and I've recommended it to others.

Not heavy to lift or use, then put it back in box.

Just what I needed to trim paper. I very much appreciate it being already assembled except to slip on easily the tip of the handle. I wish that Walmart would include everything I order fully assembled. Being a senior it is so much easier on me to NOT have to assemble anything I order. Seniors and singles make up half the world's population now so it would be a wise company who offers pre-assembled stuff we need and get it to us the same day we order it. Thank you for your assistance and kindness.
