The cutter just came today. It was well packaged for protection. The handle was easy to put together and came with a little tool to get that done. I checked to see how well the blade was in cutting. And very happy as it had a sharp clean cut. I love this tapered paper cutter as I don't have a lot of room for the bigger types that paper cutters come in. So I'm very pleased with this cutter for many projects that I will be doing .
