It is easy to set up, it doesn't take a lot of space, it varies in how to want to sit or how much muscles you want to build. I love the color and the feel of it, and it is so quiet I can exercise during the night without fear of waking anyone. The instructions were easy to read, the pictures are helpful, and it even came with the tools needed to assemble it. The company PooBoo had when above and beyond to take care of my needs and help me with any questions I was having.

I had total knee replacement and the PT people messed my knee all up. I am doing my own now and this bike is helping a lot. I can go forward and backward without causing more pressure on my knee and I can tell that it is working to get my range of movement back.
