I love the sets I

I love the sets I bought from Polywood. I have purchased three sets, one rocking chair set of two chairs and a table, and two Adirondack sets of two chairs and one side table each. Everything looks great and I know they will all last a long time. They are also heavy enough they will not move in a strong breeze. Thank you POLYWOOD!!!

Love it!

Purchased two sets of Nautical Adirondack Chairs and Side Table. Easy to assemble with good directions. Even a retired ex-IBM white collar non engineer can do this. Sufficiently sturdy but can be relocated without causing a medical issue when/if needed. Great choice.

Nice looking chairs, easy assembly

We purchased four nautical style adirondack chairs and two side tables. Two chairs were directly from Polywood, two from Costco. The chairs are a little pricey, but the quality is good. Obviously, the material is synthetic, not unlike man made decking. They have a slight sheen like plastic but the texturing of the material make them a bit more wood like, Both my wife and I like their appearance a lot. I had no trouble with assembly. We received all of the necessary nuts, bolts and screws in their own plastic bag with assembly instructions and a nice T handled hex wrench. A 7/16" wrench is also needed, but is not provided. Not a big deal since I had one, but that would be a nice addition by Polywood since it would be so inexpensive and I have had such provided in the past for other items. Assembly is straight forward. You almost don't need the instructions. In my case all of the holes lined up exactly as needed. Occassionally you need to slide pieces this way or that to get a screw started but none of the holes were misaligned. The first chair took about 20 minutes to assemble and subsequent ones 15 minutes or less. I don't think the tables took more than 5 minutes. The hardest part to assemble is the back. It is relatively heavy and you have to hold it in place while you simultaneously get the screws started in a couple holes. Some reviewers have suggested that a second person is helpful. Not sure as the second person can't really hold the back and see that the holes are lined up, Anyway, I was able to do it alone without too much effort. The chairs are comfortable and they hold my weight at 170 lbs without significant flexing. The material itself is at least 3/4" thick. At least one reviewer did not like the remnant material left where cuts were made at the factory. I'm fairly fussy and these small bits of material did not bother me in the least, And if they did, they can easily be picked off with your fingers. Should that have been done by Polywood? I don't know. . . . maybe, but I really couldn't have cared less.
