STYLISH & SOPHISTICATED

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Black Opium is certainly a very thought provoking perfume, from the elegant smooth sophisticated black bottle with a glitter centre. Inside is a very powerful fragrance it has notes of vanilla and coffee which I love. Lasted 8 hours.

Sensual

I absolutely love this perfume Black Opium by Yves Saint Laurent, I think it's my most favourite of all. There are Top notes of Pink Pepper, Orange Blossom and Pear, Heart notes of Coffee, Bitter Almond, Licorice and Jasmine and Base notes of Vanilla, Patchouli, Cedar and Cashmeran. All together they make an intoxicating fragrance so dark and deep and sensual it's very sexual and I love it. It lasts for ages as you don't need a lot, it's so strong, so if you don't like strong perfumes, but prefer the light, summery ones, this definitely is not for you. I have had many compliments when I've worn this and lots of women (and men) asking what it is. I definitely recommend it.

A jewel fragrance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying various Black Opium versions, I found the most exquisite scent with notes of vanilla, dark coffee, and contrastingly blossoming white flowers aroma. It is a luxurious, elegant fragrance with a seductive trail. It lasts long on the day without losing its vividness. Totally recommend it!
