This Nija Woodfire oven over the last few weeks has performed as I hoped has reduced my need for using the gas oven in my kitchen. I have used it to cook homemade Pizzas, bake regular bread as well as banana bread, roast chickens and cook casseroles. I have yet to use the smoke feature, but I am sure that it will work as well as the Nija Woodfire Grill I have, when I get down to needing the feature. My reason for buying it was to have an outside oven that would not only cook pizzas but also be large enough to cook other items without using the kitchen oven keeping the house cooler and saving money because of solar panels on the roof.

You can’t go wrong with ninja. I have several of their grills , ovens , smokers and crockpot and all are amazing. They make the very best chicken wings. The pizza oven does not disappoint either. It is a wonderful addition to my collection.
