Finding great hot chocolate isn't easy and in my effort to do so, I have tried many. When I saw this one on the shelf at the market, I thought it worthy of a try and I am glad to say, this Nestle Abuelita Mexican style cocoa did not disappoint!

Growing up Mexican, Chocolate Abuelita was always a staple in our home on cold days/nights. Traditionally, my mother would use the chocolate bar and have to stir frequently till the bar melted, IYKYK. That would take foreverr (it felt like any way) but with the powder packets you get the same great traditional chocolate taste, but spend less time at the stove. This is so continent!
