Excellent zester
I bought even cheaper versions of a micro plane/grater before and they were horrible. I thought for under $15, I'd try this one on line at Wal-Mart. It greatly exceeds my expectations. It is very sharp, comes with a blade protector for storage, cleans up easy, dishwasher safe. I have not used it to grate things like fresh nutmeg, but I suspect it will do just fine. Works very well on real parmesan cheese and does an excellent job zesting lemons and limes. Highly recommend!

I've had one of these for many years. I bought the original one at a woodworking show. I use mine to grate Parmesan cheese for my homemade spaghetti sauce. I bought THIS one as a Christmas present for my adult daughter because when she was little, she used to steal the grated cheese from the kitchen counter before dinner was ready.
