I love this for my packaged yarns. I can see what I have and what to order. This can hold heavier items though. Each levels bottom meets the next levels top making two layers between each level. Easy to put together and sturdy. I would definitely buy more if and when needed.

Perfect for lightweight storage

I have several sets of these. They are perfect for shoes, towels, paper towels, my AFO braces and compression sleeves. I made a cat tree/storage unit out of these too. The cats love to sleep in the open top beds I made for them. They only hold heavy items in the bottom row. The bottom row is good for CD's, DVD's and books if they are stored flat. Heavy items on the bottom row makes the unit more sturdy too. I use these for camping to store my clothes and I make full cubes to store food so critters stay out of it. Place the clips flat on the floor for stability when storing heavy items in the bottom row. Every room in my house has a set of these cubes including the bathrrom since they are waterproof.
