Instructions
Microwave - From Ambient **Squeeze unopened pouch to separate rice. **Tear 2 inches to vent at the top of package. **Heat on High for 90 seconds. Cooking time for 2 pouches is 2 1/2 minutes. **Microwave times may vary. Take care when handling and opening the hot pouch. Refrigerate unused portion. **Shallow Fry - From Ambient **In the Skillet **Gently squeeze the sides of the pouch to break apart the rice and pour contents into a skillet. Add 2 tbsp. of water and heat. **Stir rice occasionally until heated thoroughly. **Serve immediately.

Best cilantro lime
This is far and away the best grocery (ie not prepared foods) cilantro lime rice I've ever found. Other brands it tastes like they like steamed the flavor out of cilantro somehow. Cooks in the bag in the microwave in a minute and a half, without messing up the texture.

Carolina Cilantro and Lime Jasmine Rice
My favorite way to fix Jasmine rice. I make it in a rice cooker or hot pot. Add extra lime juice and freeze dried cilantro. If you want to add beans, the tri-blend are a great protein source. I've tried other brands of cilantro and lime but feel Carolina is the best tasting and best consistency. The rice is perfect texture where other brands never taste like it cooked long enough.
