Small and easy to take with you for lunch at work as well. Easy and safe for teens or college students to make. Taste is good though you might add more spice yourself depending on your own taste. Ingredients solid, you could add an small can of diced tomatoes for more if you wanted but not needed. Value for the money, this is very nice and great on the pocket book vs other brands that also take longer to cook. Totally recommend.
