Katbite Silicone Baking mats have been a game changer. I had been a devout parchment paper baker until these showed up as a recommendation. I just bought my third set because of the amount of baking I do during the holidays. These mats make for easy clean-up and work well for rolling dough (you still need to use flour). I use oversized baking sheets so it takes two of the large sheets to fit one of my baking sheets.

Nice, if a tiny bit bigger than the pan.

These are nice quality. They're just a tiny bit bigger than my pans, causing all four sides to not lay flat. I can definitely use them, though. For reference, my pans are Nordicware, so I know that's not where the size error is. Dishwasher safe, perfectly usable, just a wee bit bigger than the standard half and quarter sheet pans.
