The kids absolutely love him! Their eyes lit up Christmas morning when they opened it. Next best thing to a real dog! He is very easy to program. Some of the "tricks" work better than others, but all in all, it works as advertised. I picked up the extended warranty for just a few dollars more because of all the electronics and moving parts. Better safe than sorry, although I must say that this toy seems to be quite durable, so not anticipating any issues. Excellent purchase for your kids (or yourself!!)
