The fact that it was so inexpensive was the major factor in this item's purchase. So I thought it would come already put together but lo and behold I had to do it myself. That was fine but apparently I didn't do it too well. There were no instructions. It was just look at the picture and figure it out. So I did. The little ribbon is supposed to go thru certain cutout holes in the paper that once completed and hung it would look like a pumpkin witch. The legs flopped around so much it was always jumbled up because of the slight wind. I finally had to cut them off for the decoration to be something credible as a Halloween figure. I figured I did it wrong but at least I tried. If this had come already put together properly it would be great but as is it's simply not. If I had known of its true character I wouldn't have given more than one dollar for it. As silly as it seems $3 was simply too much.
