Mighty Sesame Fine Organic Sesame Tahini, 10.9oz

The squeezable bottle has a vacuum seal of a sort, so nothing drips out, even when the bottle is stored upside down. Shaking it is necessary, as the oil rises to the top. However, if you like to cook with sesame oil, this is not a problem. Just open the lid and pour off a small amount into your pan (it's thick, so a little goes a long way). In a day or two, more oil will rise to the surface, which you can use again or shake the bottle to mix it into the ground sesame seeds. This stuff tastes amazing with unsweetened applesauce, or a little coconut nectar. Those of use who grew up with halvah as a rare treat, here's your chance to make your own, and a healthier version, too.
