Decent trike yet terrible hardware.

The bike is dangerous as assembled with the included controller. When the pedals are depressed, the pass is ready to go, sending the cyclist flying onto a crowded road! I swapped out the controller for three or five pass levels with extremely secure transitions and a data-rich display.

Awesome bike.

My rating was raised from 4 to 5 stars after they promptly resolved the seat issue to my satisfaction. Excellent work. This bike is a favorite of my son. My gripe is that the seat cam had a hole in it and then broke shortly after this photo was taken during her maiden flight. My spouse said it was quite simple to put together.

The assembly was well worth my money.

Please disregard the prior remark that said, 'Purchased this tricycle but did not put it together right away. Now that I've opened the package three months later, there's no manual, no derailleur, and no tools. Customer assistance for the manufacturer is not available online. NOT SATISFIED!'
