Looks great don't work that way though

The appearance was nice, however the screen and case fell apart in the first week, I attempted to return it and the app said i was not allowed to. Just too bad that the functionality of the case is no where near to matching the appearance. Now I just have a broken up case and has no functional features of the case at all.
