Great Value tissues

The usual quality of these tissues is good. However in my last purchase I have a box of tissues that has not been cut properly and every time you pull out a tissue your left with shreds of tissue hanging out of the tissue box and a partial tissue in your hand. This is disappointing and I hope it is just a temporary issue and not what the quality of these tissues is going to be from here on out.
