The most amazing probiotics ever! I heard about the benefits of taking probiotics at bedtime to improve sleep, have tried many brands without a significant result. Any time I have to deal with antibiotics I reach for replenishing Friendly Bacteria. It's great to know its hard at work as nearly directly after sipping it I can hear happy gurgling noises from my gut and then there is a noticeable reduction in bloating in my abdomen. It's good stuff!
