Bought this to help my gut and immune system, as well as build up good gut bacteria. Read the reviews and as usual they were mixed, mostly people sited the taste. The taste isn't fantastic, but very tolerable. To me it tastes like a very weak apple cider vinegar mix. I gag with regular apple cider vinegar, not with this. I haven't taken it long enough to see any results. For people who said it helped them get "cleaned out" in the morning...I haven't had that experience, but everyone is different. I say Try It... if you don't like it, it is returnable. I am sure your body will thank you.
