The product itself is great. I have had one for about a year and I ordered this one for a friend who is recovering from surgery to make cleaning easier for her. The one I ordered and paid for had a crevice tool and a brush that was supposed to come with it. The one that was delivered did not have a brush with it. The model numbers were the very same. The first attached picture is what I ordered. The rest are the what was delivered. There was no brush attachment included. My friend loves it. She is not able to get out and go exchange or return it and I don't live near her but I was aggravated that the brush was not included.

Great everyday vacuum! Great suction power!

Great everyday vacuum! I use it everyday on LVT flooring, area rugs, etc. I typically use my shark navigator for our upstairs carpeted area. We have 2 dogs and it picks up hair great. Very easy to use, very convenient with no cords and has 2 suction settings. It also has a setting for carpeting and for hard work flooring. It comes with an attached moment for getting hard to reach areas. It does have the brush rolls but I think they pick up much more hair and debris than the ‘self cleaning rubber fins.’ I just clean them every couple weeks. Shark is great. Amazon offers very reasonable filter replacements. The only con I have is that it doesn’t stand up good when charging. I try to lean it in our laundry room corner but it is not secure. So I detach it and charge it on the shelf. I would definitely buy it again!

I actually enjoy using this. It's light and super powerful. I used my regular upright to vacuum my rug. Then I used this one right after that and had to empty the cup twice, it picked up so much pet hair. I was shocked. I have yet to run out of power, it lasts long enough to do my whole house with 2 bars of energy left over. You can't go wrong with this vacuum.
