Product is great! But no brush attachment included

The product itself is great. I have had one for about a year and I ordered this one for a friend who is recovering from surgery to make cleaning easier for her. The one I ordered and paid for had a crevice tool and a brush that was supposed to come with it. The one that was delivered did not have a brush with it. The model numbers were the very same. The first attached picture is what I ordered. The rest are the what was delivered. There was no brush attachment included. My friend loves it. She is not able to get out and go exchange or return it and I don't live near her but I was aggravated that the brush was not included.

Very lightweight which is great. Super suction for carpeting. Directions included were a little vague for me and could be clearer. And removing the dust cup isn’t clear until you try it a couple of times but overall a great vac and a great improvement over my previous upright that weighed a ton!

I purchased this gift for my mother for Mother’s Day because she was having difficulty lifting a heavy your vacuum cleaner and this was perfect for her. I would recommend this 100%. I will actually probably buy one of these myself. It was great on the pet hair and it’s so easy to use and so light, what a great purchase!!!!
