I really wanted this fireplace. So I spent hours reading the reviews. A concerning amount of reviews said their was damaged parts, they couldn’t track the second order, missing parts, missing instructions, or it simply didn’t work. After a day I decided I wanted the fireplace and tv stand so bad I’d be willing to take a gamble on it. Tbh I can’t at all say I’m disappointed. However there were a few slight issues. The first issue for me was they were delivered in 2 packages (which in itself isn’t an issue for me at least) the problem is I couldn’t track the second package. I did get into contact with the seller however they didn’t respond fast enough so consequently the second package was delivered and was just sitting out side the front door for who knows how long. The second slight issue (which isn’t mentioned anywhere (from what I’ve seen) the fire place itself doesn’t have any holes pre drilled into the stand to keep it in place. The issue is you have to take moment to make sure it’s aligned perfectly once you get it just right you have to screw it to the stand. The third and final issue is towards the left side their was little bit of wood that was peeling (only 1-2 mm) I had to be extremely careful and put a small amount of gorilla glue on it. After doing that I tired to see if I could notice it and I genuinely couldn’t even tell whatsoever. Now onto the good. I personally was not missing any parts whatsoever in fact they actually have bag labeled spare parts (which is super nice since towards the end my kitten got a ahold of a screw (while I was distracted) and lost it. Instead of taking 5 mins to try to find it I just simply grabbed another screw from the spare parts bag. Anyways I’m rambling once you get past the gamble and minor inconveniences in my opinion I’d recommend this product and do not at all regret my decision.

Loving it. Makes the room cozy. Instructions were easy to read.. I am 59 year old woman. I put it together myself in about 4 hours. But I did have help carrying it in the house, very heavy. Love the color changes. The only thing negative is the glass doors looked a bit cheap. They had a black tape look. But not noticeable till you open the doors. But that wouldn’t stop me from buying it again.. overall I am very happy.
