I use this specifically for my vertigo, so my needs may vary from what you need it for. This is NOT a non drowsy formula. I take it and within 10 minutes, I'm fast asleep for at least two hours. When I wake up, my vertigo symptoms are basically resolved, which is amazing for me, as I used to be bedridden for days. I wouldn't recommend this if you are going to an amusement park or if you are traveling and need to stay awake. Look for a non-drowsy option. But if you are okay with passing out, it's works wonders for nausea and spinning.
