I am mostly paralyzed from the neck down and my legs and feet were always cold, I had problems with my feet sliding when trying to stand and swelling in my legs and feet. These socks have solved ALL of those issues. My legs and feet are not cold, the grippers keep my feet from sliding, and they control the swelling of my legs and feet . They are so comfortable, I have purchased them 3 times for myself and my mother who is diabetic and she loves them also. I love them so much, I wear them 24hrs a day. Super soft and the rubber grip really does work. The only drawback is that the socks start to fall after all day wear (8 hours). So keep that in mind that they stay up for all day use. I would recommend and have purchased a second set because of the softness and all day comfort. Works great for sleeping as my legs don't feel tired in the morning.
