Living in Florida, we go through socks very quickly and frequently. I wasn't aware that these socks were so light weight but they are and that's great! I don't think a bigger man would fit these comfortably but definitely for a younger man. I think the boys will really like them. They have a grip on the inside of the heel so that they won't slip off while you're walking. This is ingenious!! There's also a band built into the sock, I don't know how to really describe it, that goes around the middle of the foot, to keep the sock in place.

I bought these no show socks mainly because the price was good for the quantity, and they work reasonably well at first. Out of the package, they fit nicely and the non slip grip helps keep them from sliding down when wearing sneakers. They are lightweight and breathable, which makes them comfortable for everyday errands or short periods of wear, especially in warmer weather. However, after some regular use and washing, the elasticity noticeably weakens. Once that happens, they do not sit as well on your feet and tend to loosen throughout the day. The grip becomes less effective over time, and I found myself adjusting them more often than I'd like. The material is also thinner than expected, so there is very little cushioning, which makes them less ideal for long days of walking or standing. Overall, these socks are okay if you are looking for an inexpensive bulk pack for casual use, but they are not very durable. I would recommend them for light wear, but if you want long lasting elasticity and consistent fit, you may want to look at higher quality options.
