Golly these are great for the price. Almost 3 year old didn't pick them out and she's not a huge fan of paw patrol l but she loves them anyways just because there is puppies on them, they light up and are pink! She's transitioning out of size 8 toddler, I got a size 9 and they fit perfectly. Thought one was defective and was going to take back until I read reviews (thank you whoever you are!) stating you have to turn the other shoe on by pressing the star button on latch of shoes. Great price and my kiddo loves them.
