My wife has Celiac and cannot eat gluten. Not good if you like pasta, which she does. These were the first gluten free pasta I've seen in a “shell” shape for making stuffed shells, so I bought them. They excellent. I also ate them and agree wholeheartedly with her observation. We will be buying more in the future. Too bad they don't carry them in my local Walmart. But ordering them online works well because shipping was free because I spent $35 on everything.
