This is very good tasting spaghetti noodles. taste and texture are exceptional. I cannot go back to the white flour noodles. I was forced to when I couldn't get these, but never again..I have less bloating health wise as well. A tip I've learned that makes a big difference is when the noodles are cooked and drained, add a few pats of grass fed butter and let it melt into them for a richer, creamier taste. These noodles are tasty without the butter, but oh my gosh it's even better. Now these noodles are more costly than most, wish that would come down. I would rate these as a must have brand for all brown rice pasta.

Game changer for gluten free

SO glad Walmart has this. This brand also has an angel hair version I wish Walmart would carry too, as well as other versions of pasta. Jovial has a complete line. This review is for people like me that thought brown rice flour meant something weighty, grainy, and heavy tasting. This is not. It's got a lightness to it, and it's only a very subtle difference between the whiter wheat kind of pasta. SO delicious, and light but filling without any aftertaste, nothing that makes it taste any different than gluten pasta actually. Holds butter and also ghee as well, easily taking on spices and sauces too. Very yummy with whatever I put it it, both meat or vegetables. My new go to for pasta.

If you are looking for an alternative for regular lasagna needles, these are great! I bought them and didn't even realize that these are gluten-free and brown! These are delicious. I will be buying these again. These are a must buy on my grocery list now!
