Surprised that this heats up so well from cold milk to hot chocolate. A little disappointed with not having a dispenser (I spill the first cup out) %26 I'm not sure this holds 30oz. I put in 3 cups of milk %26 that's all it's holding with 3 packets of cocoa mix.

Cleanup

Clean up is not too bad considering that you cannot submerge totally in water. You need to remove frother wand to get to clean the bottom of the pitcher part with a sponge. It is real quick and it froths is really fluffy and creamy. Be careful not to overfill because when you froth it will spill out of the top. This little machine makes very creamy and just the right temperature of hot chocolate. It also very quick to heat so don't go pass the 8 minute mark or you will burn/scald the milk.
