Colavita White Wine Vinegar, 17 Fluid Ounce Imported from Italy

A good, flavorful white wine vinegar at a reasonable price. Excellent for salad dressings and marinades. I am very fond of this vinegar for the classic French vinaigrette dressing. It is also great for making dressing for cole slaw, a tangy bleu cheese dressing and is the basis of a fine tartar sauce for fried fish. This is a great all-around vinegar because it lacks the harsh acidity of red wine and cider vinegars while adding an appetizing, floral hint of white wine.
